About Us

The EDEKA markets Ingolf Schubert have been very successful in retail for over 18 years in Waren (Müritz) and Rostock.

What started as a stationary market has now become a family-owned, value-oriented company with six markets and two online shops, where we also offer direct home delivery to our customers.

With around 300 employees, we work together to create a unique shopping experience in various departments - daily necessities, floristry, tobacco and post shop, salad counters, bakery stations, and our own bistro.

As a team, we are responsible for the smooth operation of our business, developing our current product range, and creatively designing our sales floor.

Your Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the business
Developing and maintaining our current product range and creatively designing our sales floor
Achieving our budget goals
Ensuring timely communication of relevant information to our employees
Leading and developing our team, acting as a role model, motivator, and mentor

Your Qualifications

Completed training as a retail merchant, trade specialist, or further education as a retail manager
Relevant work experience and expertise
Strong understanding of business management
Enjoy developing our current product range
Show honesty and respect towards customers and employees
Demonstrate strong social skills and organizational abilities
