What you will do in Kodiak Station, AK:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers) to gain a deep understanding of our product and its documentation needs
  • Create topnotch documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products
  • Develop and maintain the information architecture
  • Write userfriendly text for the interface, online help, and developer guides
  • Review product samples and engage in discussions with product designers and developers
  • Gather feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers to enhance usability
  • Update documents as new issues arise

What we are looking for:

  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • A higher education degree in English, Communication, Journalism, or Software Engineering
  • Experience managing the entire documentation creation process
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
