We are seeking a new
Data Analyst.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position is responsible for conducting analysis of financial, demographic and administrative data. This position develops reports and extracts data from practice management and electronic health and dental systems. Prepares and presents reports to senior leadership, making recommendations based upon findings. Promotes the mission and philosophy of providing the highest quality healthcare and related services to the medically underserved.

Upholds and ensures compliance with and attention to all corporate policies and procedures, as well as the mission and values of the organization.

What You Will Do

Helps to maintain patient demographic databases in the Electronic Health Record systems (Epic, Denticon, Azara, etc.)
Uses data analytics to monitor and report statistical information for timely management decisions, contract negotiations, and as required for payers, federal and state agencies.
Prepares reports for senior leadership including financial, demographic, and administrative data.
Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in business management or healthcare administration.
35 years' experience in healthcare.
Advanced 35 years of excel knowledge.
