We provide opportunities to work across our national network. dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Sanitation (Dishwasher) Lead to join our Nashville, TN team supportin the Nashville International Airport.

Key Responsibilities: Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene, and observe security precautions as mandated by management. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans by hand that come from all kitchens and VIP presentations.

Accepting applications until:

• Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by management.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans by hand that come from all kitchens and VIP presentations.
• Load all incoming soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, silverware into the dishwashing machine in the dish room.
• Ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation.
• Unload machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas.
• Sanitize all trolleys, carriers oven racks, and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage.
• Clean and sanitize all interior areas within the facility and external property.
• Handle the disposal of all waste products. International trash and garbage to be disposed of according to regulations.
• Ensure that spills are promptly mopped up, and floors are kept dry and decreased to minimize slips and falls due to wet floor.
• Use proper detergents and degreasing solvents to maintain a safe working environment for all production areas and maintain use and adequate storage for sanitation chemicals and equipment.
• Sanitize all restrooms and areas of everyday personnel traffic, including walls and floors.
• Empty and clean refuse containers and dispose of refuse in proper bins for later removal.

NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Other duties as assigned by unit Supervisors.

This salary range and is influenced by the level of experience. When calculating the base pay, we take into account various factors such as location, qualifications, training, and experience as part of the overall compensation package.

• EDUCATION: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years experience in cleaning/ housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dishwashing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-organized
• Ability to deal with a heavy workload.
• Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays).
• Attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks.

Intellectual/Social demands:

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant attendance and punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. Work environment:

The essential functions of this position are performed indoors. The noise level in the work environment can range from minimal to loud.
