Job Description: We operate professional, dynamic, fast-paced scratch kitchens in our restaurants. We seek line and prep cooks who grasp the high standards for food presentation and execution. Our restaurants often feature open-kitchen layouts, providing visibility from the dining area. Effective coordination among designated positions demands solid communication and teamwork with colleagues, including assemblers, expo staff, and all levels of management. This role involves overseeing protein ticket orders and ensuring accurate food temperatures and adherence to company guidelines, all while maintaining a tidy station and workspace. Adherence to proper sanitation procedures is a must. Responsibilities also encompass opening and closing cleaning tasks.
