As one of the most modern production companies for hamburger buns and hotdogs in Europe, we use highly automated equipment to produce soft buns for our well-known customers in the food service and retail industries.

Since our establishment in 2003, we have become the largest producer in this niche in Germany. Our Wback team consists of 250 employees in our factories in Bönen and Leipheim. Together with our American parent company C.H.

Guenther & Son LLC (Texas, USA), we are characterized by growth, flexibility, success, change, and our journey towards a Lean philosophy.



To strengthen our Wback team, we are currently looking for Industrial Mechanics and Mechatronics Technicians (m/f/d) for our location in Bönen, Ham Lake.
