DISCO-HI-TEC EUROPE GmbH is the European subsidiary of a leading Japanese manufacturer of precision sawing, laser, and grinding machines for the semiconductor and electronics industry, located in the eastern part of Munich.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a full-time, self-motivated

Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing quotes and processing orders from entry to invoicing for service activities at our customers in Germany and Europe
Supporting our field service technicians
Serving as a point of contact for our customers regarding price and delivery inquiries, complaints, etc.
Handling shipping, including creating shipping documents (deliveries, invoices, customs documents, and freight notifications)
Monitoring delivery dates
Placing orders with production in Japan and suppliers, etc.
Working closely with other departments
Corresponding with our Japanese parent company

Your profile:

Completed commercial training, business administration degree, or equivalent qualification
We also offer opportunities for career changers
Professional experience in order processing
Experience in export processing and customs is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken German and English
