Your main tasks:


  • Support of the Key Account Management
  • Contact person for our customers in the drugstore/retail sector as well as administrative support for these customers
  • Processing of order management
  • Handling of complaints and returns
  • Conducting sales and volume analyses
  • Crossfunctional collaboration with the departments of marketing, disposition, logistics and accounting
  • Creation of article passes and calculations
  • Maintenance of customer master data, conditions and prices

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • First relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with SAP R/
