Job Title:
Financial Analyst II

Job Duration: 9 Months Contract - W2

Job location:
New York, NY, USA, Hybrid)


This position is responsible for assisting with managing the Demonstration and BA budget and assist with all activities around the Month-end close and Trend/Budget process.


This job requires a lot of attention to detail and must be able to analyze, understand, troubleshoot key financial figures in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Additionally, this position will partner with multiple teams within the organization.


Job Duties and Accountabilities:


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Demonstration and BA Spend Management:

  • Facilitate spend approvals and review BA terms are consistent with contracts with external retailers.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to streamline demo contract terms and feed into planning process.
  • Meet with Brand Controllers/Sales operations to review fluctuations in actuals or new spend requests.
  • Responsible for Trends/Budget process for Demonstration & BA spend.
  • Update internal system with finalized Trend/Budget to ensure monthly accruals are accurate.
  • Reconciling Month-End close actuals to expected accruals. Troubleshoot quickly, when necessary.
  • Run adhoc reports from reporting system.

Other Projects:


  • Updating various trend files, as needed.
  • Assist with Monthend close activities, as needed.

Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Financial Analyst/FP&A/Financial Planning & Analysis: 4 years (preferred)
  • BUDGET/Forecasting/Forecast/Budgeting: 4 years (preferred)
  • Finance/Accounting: 4 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • New York, NY preferred)
