At St. Anna Senior Center, 149 employees support 95 residents in their daily lives. We also offer a day care service for older adults at the same location.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage household and food budgets, as well as personnel and material costs
  • Supervise external service providers
  • Organize and oversee meal delivery, events, and celebrations
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleaning regulations
  • Facilitate the transition of the care facility to stationary living communities, allowing for selffulfilling activities. This change provides ample opportunities for seniors to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in household management, training as a household management supervisor, or a similar qualification
  • Previous work experience and a willingness to take on responsibility are preferred
  • Approach others with openness and respect, and contribute positively to the team dynamic
