Your Responsibilities:


  • At the beginning of your role as a machine operator, you will be flexibly assigned to our various technical systems in production and have the following tasks:
  • Loading and operating production equipment according to specifications.
  • Removing and storing parts in containers.
  • Conducting quality controls (visual inspections).
  • Independently troubleshooting simple malfunctions in the equipment.
  • As part of our qualification concept "from machine operator to machine setter", you will participate in internal training. Our common goal is for you to be able to independently operate and set up the equipment as a competent machine setter.

Your Profile:


  • You are interested in starting a career in production and ideally have previous experience in a manual/technical field.
  • For further qualification as a machine setter, you have technical understanding, motivation, and discipline.
  • You have a strong focus on quality and are reliable and precise in your work.
  • A willingness to work in a 2shift system is required, as the working hours in this area include twoshift models, taking into account a 36hour work week.
