Our client is looking for additional support for their rapidly growing company starting in May/June in the form of administrative employees.
Responsibilities:
- Providing telephone and inperson support and guidance to customers and partners
- Processing and forwarding inquiries, as well as creating quotes and processing orders with a focus on overall connections
- Acting as a networking contact and support for sales representatives in the field
- Producing qualified statistics and customer evaluations
- Careful preparation of accounting and invoice control
- Direct collaboration with the sales director
Qualifications:
- Completed education
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP)
- Fluent in German and good written and spoken English
