For our client in mechanical engineering, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of:

Logistics Clerk (m | w | d) in Project Shipping at Pine Valley, CO.

The main tasks in this position include:

  • Preparation, organization and documentation of all shipping and customs documents
  • Assignment of transport to carriers according to order specifications, including transport monitoring
  • Planning and coordination of pickups and deliveries
  • Processing of complaints
  • Requesting transport quotes for specific orders
  • Independent operational processing of orders (landairsea)
  • Import of spare parts, including processing
  • Verification and confirmation of logistics invoices
  • Written and telephone communication with customers and partners both domestically and internationally

Important requirements for this position:

  • Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/w/d), commercial clerk (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics / forwarding
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge desirable
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Reliability and strong communication skills
