Turner, MT 'Weil individuell verbindend ist' is seeking a Placement Specialist / Job Coach (m/f/d) for the TANDEM project in Freiberg.


Your new role:
Every year, CJD offers orientation and future opportunities to 155,000 young and adult individuals. They are supported, accompanied, and trained by over 10,500 full-time and many volunteer employees at more than 350 locations.


TANDEM is aimed at families with at least one minor child, in which at least one member is affected by (long-term) unemployment.

Together with the families, the multiple barriers to employment are analyzed and a development plan is created, which is continuously adapted and updated.

The goal is to enable parents to integrate into the job market. For children/adolescents, the focus is on strengthening educational processes and avoiding cycles of dependency.


Your new responsibilities:

  • Acquiring employment opportunities for the target group from companies, particularly through outreach and networking
  • Establishing and developing a network for acquiring employment opportunities
  • Managing network partners
  • Participating in case conferences with cooperation partners and in a multidisciplinary team

Your profile:

  • Experience in approaching employers and acquiring job positions
  • Indepth knowledge of the regional job market and vocational training
  • Experience in working with employers
  • Knowledge of job placement and network building and management
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
