Our client, a software development company, is seeking a (Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d) for the implementation of software solutions in customer support. Our client is a multiple award-winning and climate-neutral company with a focus on software development for category and sales management. For over 20 years, our client has been supporting well-known brand manufacturers and retailers such as Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Rügenwalder Mühle, Deutsches Milchkontor, Mondelēz, Mars, Lekkerland, Rewe, Edeka, Shell, and Douglas.

Responsibilities:

Autonomous management of projects while adhering to established processes to ensure quality, timeline, and budget compliance.

Ensuring effective communication with clients to understand their needs, ensure successful software implementation, and build long-term trust.

Supporting clients during the implementation process to ensure smooth integration of the software and providing consulting services for customer success.

Transparent reporting on project status and presenting challenges and proposed solutions.

Proactive communication with internal stakeholders and effective delegation of tasks within the team.

Confident and targeted communication in German and English.
