The President of the Higher Regional Court is looking for motivated young professionals as judicial business administrators (m/f/d).

Career:
Career group 1; 2nd entry level (formerly middle judicial service) as a judicial secretary.

Starting date:
expected to be September 2, 2024.

As a judicial business administrator, you will be the backbone of the courts and public prosecutor's offices. You will manage the offices, ensure smooth processes, and support judges and prosecutors.

As a judicial business administrator, you will independently and responsibly handle administrative and office tasks according to guidelines at courts and the public prosecutor's office, and at the same time be the contact person for the public and those involved in the court proceedings.

You will mainly be employed in service units, where all employees of a department work together as a team.

A lawsuit is filed. Process participants request access to files. The court has made a judgment and it now needs to be delivered. These are the types of tasks that will come across your desk as a judicial business administrator.
