We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our mid-sized company in Y-O Ranch, WY as soon as possible for the position of:

Production Manager Level 1 (Bulk Production) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Leadership, motivation, and development of the team in the respective areas
Ensuring smooth production processes, taking into account key factors such as human resources, machinery, processes, organization, and regulatory environment
Communication with interfaces
Responsibility for conceptual employee development in line with company goals
Ensuring optimal production and personnel planning in close coordination with planning and other interfaces to deliver products on time, in the required quality and quantity
Budget planning and ensuring budget compliance for the responsible area
Continuous improvement of the responsible area through the implementation of measures related to quality or performance deviations, their sustainability, and the examination of synergy effects, including communication with the team
Reduction of waste, rework
