The Role

How you'll make an impact:

Communicate product opportunities, user needs, and pain points to stakeholders to incorporate into our opportunity solution trees and OKRs
Lead and conduct complex research projects using various methods
Provide insights on business strategy and support product teams with UX metrics
Advocate for our users and the importance of UX research throughout the company

What we're looking for:

3 to 5 years of experience conducting quantitative user research
Proven track record of using different quantitative methodologies, analyzing surveys, and establishing UX metrics in a digital product environment to drive business outcomes
Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights for designers, product owners, and drive impact on product development
Excellent presentation skills

What makes you stand out:

Experience with intercept surveys (e.g. Hotjar), creating dashboards, and visualizing data
Ability to perform database queries and conduct largescale quantitative analyses
