Recruitment:
Collaborate with HR to develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to showcase our positive work environment.
Help streamline the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Retention:
Partner with HR to develop programs and initiatives that encourage employees to stay with our organization.
Analyze employee turnover data and identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to address employee concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
Engagement & Education:
Work collaboratively with the nurse educator to ensure the facility is fully educated and up-to-date on best practices, standards of care, and professional development opportunities.
Foster a culture of open communication and feedback.
Appreciation:
Partner with the recreation department to create a culture of recognition and appreciation.
Develop and implement programs to show staff they are valued.
Additionally:
Stay current on employee experience trends and best practices.
Collect and analyze employee feedback data to measure the effectiveness of programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees across all departments.
Report to the HR Manager and work collaboratively with other departments as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in employee experience, employee relations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and best practices for each stage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative programs and initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
