- Filling Propane & RV Tanks
- Stocking and maintaining firewood supply in the woodshed to capacity
- Stocking and maintaining firewood and fire starter kindling stocked in the store area
- Stocking and maintaining store ice machine to capacity
- Empty trash and recycle containers around the property including public spaces, patios, bathhouses, and parking areas
- Cleaning fire pits & picking up trash
- Maintain clean and safe grounds conditions around the patio, barn, and pool areas
- Assisting Maintenance II & III with tasks as needed
- Assist Grounds Maintenance with groundskeeping tasks (to include weeding and watering) as needed
- Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Knowledge of tools in the fields of lighting, electricity, plumbing
- Ability to operate a tractor and forklift
- Ability to drive a golf cart and/ or company vehicle if required
- Organizational skills
- Positive, professional employee and guest relations skills
- Capable of working alone and as a team. Must be a self-starter
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
- Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work second shift hours (2 pm to 10:30 pm or 3 pm to 11:30 pm) including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical requirements include complete mobility and good physical conditioning, good hearing and vision, and the ability to tolerate heat and work in adverse weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, lift, and climb ladders; must be able to stand/walk at least 90% of shift
- Proper footwear must be provided by employee- uniform shirt will be provided
- Must be able to push/pull/lift a maximum of 60 lbs.
- Exposure to machinery, lawn equipment, and fuels
- Ability to safely use chemicals in and around the workplace meeting OSHA standards
