Responsibilities:


Plumbing Repairs at Local Businesses:
Diagnose and perform repairs on plumbing systems at local businesses.
Execute plumbing tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.


Carpentry:
Undertake carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and repair work.
Install and maintain wooden structures and components with precision and attention to detail.


General Maintenance Service Calls:
Respond to general maintenance service calls promptly and address a variety of issues.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing functionality of facilities.


Driver's License Required:
Possess a valid driver's license to facilitate travel to job sites.
Safely operate company vehicles and adhere to traffic and safety regulations.


Tools Provided:
Utilize company-provided tools and equipment efficiently.
Maintain tools in good condition and report any issues for timely replacement or repair.


Travel to Job Sites:
Receive travel arrangements from a centralized location to various job sites.
Manage travel time effectively to ensure prompt response to service calls.


Drug/Alcohol-Free Workplace:
Adhere to and promote a drug and alcohol-free work environment.
Comply with company policies and safety regulations to maintain a secure and productive workspace.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
