Position:
Senior Billing & Charging Consultant for Mountain City

Company:
A leading telecommunications company

Location:
Dusseldorf, Germany (long-term freelance assignment)

Responsibilities:

Review highlevel BSS product requirements for CCS/Charging & Billing Mediations
Create highlevel architecture and design solutions for BSS/CCS/Mediation integration
Prepare design/solution for Online/Convergent Charging, Mediation, etc.
Provide highlevel solutions and coordinate customer migration impact using an endtoend approach
Design Catalog synchronization (e.g. between Product catalog, CCS, Service Catalog)
Utilize API Gateway and Eventdriven integration patterns
Develop solution options with pros and cons and provide recommendations
Collaborate with external vendors to review design documents and other deliverables
Organize and lead product feature requirement and design workshops with customers and vendors

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on product innovation, architecture, and technical sales engagement
Experience in the telecom industry, specifically with BSS/OSS and strong knowledge of TMF standards
Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to listen and effectively communicate technical aspects of the value proposition
Proven experience leading customer projects from conceptualization to project completion, including technical engagement with customers, project teams, and vendor suppliers
Ability to navigate both technical and business environments, translating corporate needs into a solution roadmap
Familiarity with Cloud Native
