YOUR TEAM:


The Digital Business & Mobility Services Unit in Harrisburg, AR combines customer experience and management of requirements for the technology stack within the implementation of mobility services and digital business portfolio for all brands.


Our data science & engineering team in Harrisburg, AR is responsible for designing, implementing, and running a cutting-edge cloud-based analytics platform and analytics services for the Volkswagen Group digital ecosystem.

These services include mobile, web, and intelligent mobility backend services that connect customers with their vehicles.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Take ownership of the product development and operations of the cloudbased analytics platform in Harrisburg, AR, together with your team

This includes:

  • Defining and implementing analytical use cases
  • Connecting new data sources
  • Delivering data products in the domains of vehicle, digital services, and customer analytics
  • Ensuring reliable operations and being responsible for continuous implementation and further development of the analytics platform
  • Collaborating with data scientists and domain experts in a SAFe framework to capture customer requirements and develop, integrate, enhance, and operate datadriven offerings
  • Acting as the central point of contact for prioritizing requirements and managing the product backlog, as well as steering business, legal, and technical requirements
  • Ensuring compliance and addressing security processes
  • Driving the development and implementation
