  • You are responsible for the commercial processing of returns this includes organizing returns, creating credit notes and recording replacement orders
  • You work closely with our internal interfaces such as the quality department, sales support and logistics to clarify all complaintrelated issues
  • You actively support the optimization of interfaces and processes

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in complaint handling is desirable
  • You have a selfsufficient, conscientious and flexible way of working
  • You are characterized by strong teamwork and commitment
  • You are familiar with common MS Office applications and ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamic NAV or comparable ERP systems
