Our client is an internationally operating supplier in the aviation industry. Jobactive has been supporting the company for over 10 years in recruiting professionals and executives in various fields. To expand the Human Resources department at the Frankfurt Airport location, we are currently looking for a


HR Admin Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Support the HR Business Partner in providing information, support, advice, and assistance to management and employees in all personnel matters, while adhering to legal and collective bargaining agreements
  • General administrative and organizational tasks
  • Management and maintenance of lists, including in Excel
  • Time management (recording of time sheets, corrections, or absences)
  • Deadline monitoring (e.g. for required IDs)
  • Reservation of meeting rooms
  • Receiving and managing documents
  • Processing documents for training measures
  • Processing contracts
  • Filing and processing incoming mail
  • Tracking appointments and documenting various processes
  • Organizing and coordinating appointments
  • General support for the team in daily operations

Our requirements:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in the commercial sector
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Independent, proactive, and structured way of working
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
