Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Creating and following up on offers
- Creating and monitoring invoices
- Organizing national and international land transportation
- General administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial education, preferably in the field of freight forwarding or foreign trade
- Several years of experience in customer service
- Technical understanding
- Structured thinking and working, independence, initiative, and organizational skills
- ERP software Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) or similar
- Proficient in all common Office applications
- Good time management and ability to prioritize
- Excellent knowledge of German spelling and grammar
- Strong communication skills, good English skills, and teamoriented and goaloriented work complete your profile.
