    Description

    A Project Coordinator at AV Services, Inc. will assist the Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources, and information for upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining budgets, organizing meetings, and meeting deadlines.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Participate in project meetings and suggest improvements
    • Evaluate and solve potential technical issues
    • Plan team goals, project schedules, and manage new information
    • Supervise projects and coordinate team members
    • Manage project paperwork and correspondence
    • Communicate with clients to define project requirements
    • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in AV field
    • CTS Certified is a plus
    • Computer Skills in Word, Excel, MS Project, etc.
    • Understanding of audio and video programs
