Our client, located in Andover, OH, is a leading company in the manufacturing of high-end scientific instruments and providing solutions to laboratories worldwide.

They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Order Processor with strong organizational and language skills to ensure timely and accurate processing and dispatch of orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.


In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers and Service Departments in the South Europe region (France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland) to handle complex investment orders.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing customer terms and conditions using SAP, processing invoice complaints and returns, liaising with Credit Control for new account details and credit queries, arranging couriers and freight forwarders for shipment and return of goods, and handling customer calls in multiple languages.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with previous customer service/support experience. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Fluency in additional languages such as French and Spanish is a plus, as well as previous experience with SAP.
