Description
For one of our well-known client companies, we are currently seeking several Chat/Email Agents (m/f/d) for the area of Social Media Customer Support in Jacksboro, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support via chat, email, Facebook, and Twitter
- Database maintenance (followup and documentation)
- Assistance with resolving technical issues
- Consultation on payment options and methods
- Tariff consultation
- Processing of complaints
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical support is helpful but not mandatory
- Interest in the social media sector and sports broadcasts
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good English skills (preparatory training in English)
- Fast typing speed, ideally 10finger blind
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic knowledge of streaming services, Windows and internet, iOS and Android
