Your responsibilities

  • Support in the implementation and processing of ongoing capital investment transactions
  • Tasks in the management of security assets
  • Participation in the determination of credit risk assessments
  • Preparation of capital investmentspecific evaluations and reports
  • Processing of new loan business in construction financing: application processing, determination of collateral value and preparation of loan and security agreements
  • Processing of the existing construction financing portfolio: monitoring of payment transactions, correspondence, as well as preparation of prolongations and loan repayments
  • Maintenance of data records in the IT systems of capital investment and construction financing.
Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your training as a bank clerk or as a clerk for insurance or finance with the elective qualification unit "Private Real Estate Financing and Insurance" or a comparable training.
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience. However, this is not a mandatory requirement.
  • You have good knowledge of common office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
