Your future tasks:
- Checking and monitoring customer payment terms and conditions
- Processing credit inquiries and checks, as well as reviewing and assigning internal credit limits in connection with trade credit insurance
- Managing the dunning process (processing of dunning returns, imposing delivery blocks)
- Optimizing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and cash flow through targeted debt management
- Corresponding with debtors, customers, and lawyers
- Close and independent communication with departments such as Customer Services and Billing
- Continuous reporting, for example on aging of receivables
- Correspondence and phone contact with customers
- Performing general administrative tasks
