- Document quality issues (defects, customer defects, deviations, customer complaints, service alerts, etc.) in the relevant quality management system.
- Contribute to root-cause-analysis related to identified quality issues.
- Relay customer complaints to area leaders.
- Engage in a positive manner with team members from all disciplines to ensure common goals are being met (production, material handling, lean manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, safety, shipping/receiving, customer service, etc.
- Be prepared to work overtime hours as necessary, including Saturdays, in order to complete production schedules in a timely manner.
- Update work instructions and procedures as needed in compliance with IATF
- Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the companys overall goals;
- Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English);
- Must be able to read and process written communication.

Our Quality Coordinators review work orders to prevent inaccurate and incomplete product from being shipped from the facility.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hourly position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and the VP of Quality.
