Training as a Civil Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)

Do you possess spatial thinking skills, manual dexterity, are physically fit, and enjoy working outdoors with others? Then the profession of Civil Engineering Specialist/Road Builder (m/f/d) is just right for you.

Road builders use a variety of tools and machines to construct roads, paths, and squares, including supply and disposal lines. They inspect these structures for damage and carry out maintenance and repair work. There is never a dull moment in this job, as each construction site is unique.

The practical training takes place in an inter-company training center and in the company. At the training center, you will learn the basic manual skills. In addition, you will attend vocational school. Classes and training take place in multi-week blocks. After passing the final exam to become a Civil Engineering Specialist, you will specialize in road construction in the third year of training.

The construction industry is known for offering very good training compensation. As a company bound by collective bargaining agreements, this is no different for us.
