During your dual studies, you will be working in our production facility EDEKA Südwest Fleisch in the areas of production and administration. Here, you will learn everything about the production and packaging of sausage products and the associated tasks and processes.

  • You will learn about the production and packaging process of our sausage products
  • You will check the quality of our products and monitor compliance with hygiene regulations
  • You will evaluate customer needs and respond to them in your planning
  • You will go through important departments such as purchasing, disposition, personnel, controlling and organization
  • You will be regularly involved in project tasks
  • After completing your studies, you will take on responsible tasks in the production or administration of our production site
