Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of your team, as well as the development of your employees (m/f/d)
You are responsible for the external rental business in our real estate portfolio, both residential and commercial, and are responsible for proactive management and optimization
You take on the conception, development, and coordination of projects
You ensure regular monitoring of commissioned services, quality, and performance periods
You monitor regular reporting on project status and key figure development and ensure the development of concepts for cost and process optimization
You are responsible for commercial contract negotiations and legal reviews to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
