YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Variety is your thing: During your dual studies, theory and practical phases alternate. After only 3 years, you will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Insurance. * Look forward to applying what you have learned in practice during the theory phases.

As a salesperson in an Allianz agency, you will be accompanied by a supervisor who will support the dual students.

* Already during your studies, we will involve you in various projects where you will get to know our company and its different processes.

* During the practical phases, you will work in the agency or with customers on site. You will have mobile access to our Allianz consulting software at all times. * Throughout the entire program, you will closely cooperate with the agency owner and the supervisor responsible for you. Our trainers will gradually familiarize you with sales, products, and technology."
