The Bavarian Red Cross, a public corporation, is a large welfare association and the leading aid organization in Bavaria. The BRK district association Ostallgäu employs approximately 900 employees. Our Schimmelreiter House is a facility for integration assistance for people with mental illnesses. With 39 places in our residential groups, work and occupational therapy, as well as supported living, those affected receive individual support in everyday tasks and psychosocial support.

For our Schimmelreiter House in Wertach we are looking for from a

Group Leader (m/f/d) in full-time with 38.5 hours per week

Your responsibilities

  • Determining the specific needs for assistance of the residents according to the overall planning procedure (HEB forms)
  • Promoting the residents' quality of life through individual and activating (reference) care
  • Implementation of the goals described in the rehabilitation or support plan through activation and mobilization
  • Creation of duty and vacation schedules in consultation with the team (GeoCon software
