During your three-year dual study program, you will alternate between theory and practical phases and qualify for a leadership or specialist position at Penny.
You will acquire solid business knowledge at a selected vocational academy or university, whose tuition fees we will cover for you.
You will gain knowledge about market leadership, merchandise planning, sales activities, auditing activities, and logistics processes.
You will work in various PENNY stores and in sales field service and gain valuable insights into daily operations.
