    Job Title: Transformation Technology Manager

    JOB SUMMARY:
    This role plays a crucial part in the team responsible for coordinating and achieving objectives at the enterprise level. It involves identifying synergies between Upbound's lines of business, ensuring the execution of digital and tech operating models, and managing performance frameworks to deliver significant value focused on stability, speed, and scalability. The goal is to align modern ways of working for Upbound, recognizing the need for purpose-driven processes and tools as the organization grows and engages teams from diverse backgrounds.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES DELIVERABLES:
    • Define, align, and roll out Demand Intake/Prioritization/Approval process across the Upbound organization
    • Advocate and implement automation in technology governance processes
    • Partner with COEs to incorporate governance requirements into the development lifecycle
    • Define an evolution of Agile ways of working for Upbound
    • Develop measurable objectives for the Transformation Office

    SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Work closely with IT leaders, the product organization, and operational functions within Upbound for compliant, sustainable, and transparent operations.

    KEY SKILL COMPETENCIES
    • Advanced Office (Excel, PPT)
    • Advanced Collaboration Tools (Confluence, Miro, LucidChart)
    • Advanced IT Operational Tools (ServiceNow, Jira)

    Functional Skills Expertise level required:
    - Development background with project/program management experience
    - End-to-end portfolio experience
    - Waterfall and Agile ways of working
    - Financial Acumen

    Leadership/ Management/ Behavioral Skills Expertise level required:
    - Strong Communication (verbal, presentation, training)
    - Proactive mindset
    - Collaborative approach with decisive decision-making
    - Strategic Thinking

    QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE:
    - 10 years in Technology organization
    - Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business preferred
    - Project/Program Management experience
    - Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday
