- Responsible for application ownership with regard to audit, governance, and maintenance
- Manage timelines and has matrix management responsibility
- Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders
- Respond to audit/regulatory requests, as well as escalate and present issues to governance forums as it pertains to Third Party Business Continuity
- Prepare the governance documents needed for the new initiatives and enhancements in collaboration with development/test leads, project managers and external vendor partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across Enterprise Resiliency, Global Procurement, Global Information Security, as well as FLU Third Party oversight programs
- 5-7 years of applicable experience
- 4-6 years of hands on experience in development/engineer roles coding in Java or Ruby apps hosted in Cloud
- 4-6 years of hands on experience working with Information Security to ensure vendor application vulnerability remediations
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology programs and projects, Infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.)
- Experience with the Continuity Planning Tool (CPT), ARC and Data Restore process, and Third Party Testing process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to convey message to a broad audience
- Detail-oriented and persistent, able to drive complicated tasks through to completion
- Ability to work in a globally cross functional, collaborative team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity
- Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
- Motivated to work closely and cooperatively with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience
- A self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision
- Ability to prioritize, lead work efforts, interact with application leaders, and engage/influence Third Party stakeholders across the company
- Experience with defect management systems such as ALM or JIRA
- Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Functional knowledge of Banking/Payments Domain
