For our
Municipal Office Secretariat in Brantley, AL, we are currently seeking a part-time


Assistant to the Municipal Office Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the Municipal Office Manager and acting as their representative
  • General secretarial tasks, including correspondence using office applications
  • Point of contact for citizens and customers, handling inquiries
  • Accepting orders from various departments
  • Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Cost accounting, budget control, administration of municipal office software
Additional tasks may be assigned or the scope of responsibilities may be changed.


Your profile:


  • Completed training as a clerk in public administration (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
  • High level of flexibility, customer orientation, service mindset, teamwork skills, and resilience
  • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • Proficient in common office products and IT
