For ourMunicipal Office Secretariat in Brantley, AL, we are currently seeking a part-time
Assistant to the Municipal Office Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Municipal Office Manager and acting as their representative
- General secretarial tasks, including correspondence using office applications
- Point of contact for citizens and customers, handling inquiries
- Accepting orders from various departments
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
- Cost accounting, budget control, administration of municipal office software
Your profile:
- Completed training as a clerk in public administration (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
- High level of flexibility, customer orientation, service mindset, teamwork skills, and resilience
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Proficient in common office products and IT
