Your Role:

Initiating and leading complex improvement projects in the production area
Independently identifying waste and improvement potential on the shop floor
Implementing optimization measures based on KPIs
Leading crossfunctional activities and workshops to establish a culture of continuous improvement
Acting as a multiplier between Operational Excellence and production areas to sustainably establish central standards
Supporting production teams in defining and consistently applying MESbased KPIs
Training and coaching managers on Lean principles and methods
Conducting and supporting change and continuous improvement processes, as well as participating in organizational development projects
Planning, preparing, and conducting internal and external production assessments

Your Profile:

Aboveaverage degree in a technical or natural science field; additional business qualifications are advantageous
Several years of relevant work experience in production and project environments with a high number of interfaces
Proven expertise in implementing Lean methods, as well as experience in process optimization and change management in manufacturing areas
Enthusiasm for topics such as Lean Production, digitalization, and Industry 4.0
Strong analytical skills, a sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach
Confident appearance and moderation skills at all organizational levels and with external partners
High level of commitment combined with a strong sense of responsibility, perseverance, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Relevant experience with ERP systems
Excellent MS Office and ERP knowledge
Proficiency in written and spoken English
