- Responsible for administering a portfolio of complex Conventional Debt client accounts to include the following duties: monitors client inquiries, coordinates debt service bond payments, monitors portfolio's compliance matters, resolves non-routine issues and resolves the most complex or non-routine client issues or inquires, as needed.
- Work with external clients and legal counsel to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
- Lead team members in providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
- Use communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
- May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination
- 5-7 years of work experience
- Experience in conventional debt client services and/or and operational area preferred
