Responsibilities:

First point of contact on site for daily operations and regular meetings
Organizing and monitoring the ongoing building operations
Managing the entire operations team
Responsible for performance planning and control, service delivery, quality assurance, and invoicing
Coordinating subcontractors and relevant contractors for the client
Fulfilling the role of facility operator
Organizing warehouse management
Assisting with audits, such as environmental management according to DIN ISO 14001

Qualifications:

Degree in engineering or vocational training in a technical field
Extensive experience in facility management
Qualified in leading teams
Knowledge of necessary IT systems
Advanced business knowledge for reporting in facility management
Excellent German language skills
High level of commitment and ability to work independently
