Your tasks:


  • Whether it's planters, garden tools, garden sheds, or grills you don't just sell your customers anything, but exactly what they need
  • As a team player, you are always there for your colleagues, ensuring smooth processes and the best shopping experience for our customers every day
  • You manage products, create and process customer orders, maintain the product range, and design promotional areas
  • In short: you have a passion for sales and providing optimal advice to BAUHAUS customers

Your profile:


  • A completed commercial or craft apprenticeship is a good prerequisite e.g. as a salesperson, retail merchant, gardener, nursery gardener, florist, garden builder, landscape builder (m/f/d)
  • Experience in sales / distribution in retail, garden centers, or the DIY industry is an advantage
  • You have indepth knowledge / expertise in the garden / hardware / seasonal furniture sector, enabling you to provide competent advice to customers
  • You are characterized by consulting skills, service orientation, communication skills, friendliness, team spirit,
