Our service teams are growing and we are looking for a Junior Team Leader (m/f/d) in full-time for our location in Pirmasens.

Job Description:

To support our friendly and constantly growing teams at our location in
Pirmasens, we are looking for you as a Junior Team Leader / Specialist Contact Person (m/f/d) for our customer service.

In your role as a Junior Team Leader, you will act as the interface between your team and the team/ project management.

You will be the first point of contact for your colleagues and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient customer service of your team.

Your tasks:

Leadership experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
After comprehensive training, you will support the team/ project management in quality management and take on training and coaching of employees as well as feedback discussions.
This also includes the support and training of employees working from home. You will be trained by us for this specialized task.
You will work on the continuous analysis and optimization of work processes.
As a Junior Team Leader, you will ensure the quality and productivity of your team.
You will handle customer escalation discussions.
You will communicate with good German language skills, both written and spoken.

Your qualifications:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable education.
You have excellent communication skills in the German language, can keep an overview in stressful situations, and are a determined team
