For our residential facility for adult individuals with autism in the district of Berlin-Steglitz, we are looking for a Group Service Employee starting on

The position is limited to two years and part-time hours/week). We strive for a long-term collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support, guidance, and (autismspecific) development of nine adult individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities, some of whom exhibit challenging behaviors
  • Shift work: early, late, and night shifts (in addition to a night watch in the house)
  • Intensive work with parents and family members

Your qualifications:

  • Special education teacher, educator, nurse, or geriatric nurse (with a focus on special education)
  • Nonprofessional qualifications may also be considered (experience in the pedagogical field is desirable)
  • Experience working with adults and special needs is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team
