Are you a fan of diversity? Do you have a passion for managing repairs for a wide range of vehicles, from small cars to transporters and truck trailers, across Germany? Then we are looking for you as a damage manager at one of the largest car rental companies in Germany.


As an employee (m/f/d) in Damage and Fleet Maintenance, you will be responsible for managing body damage and total losses together with your team.

You will oversee the processes from towing to final inspection and communicate with our contract workshops and stations.

You are a perfect fit for our team if communication and teamwork come naturally to you. You are organized, quick to learn, and versatile. Whether working remotely or in the field, you enjoy seeing, analyzing, and evaluating damages. We are looking for you.


Responsibilities:
Processing of body damage and total losses
Communication with workshop partners and suppliers
Assignment and monitoring of repair orders, costs, and quality standards
Invoice control and coding
Preparation of cost estimates according to DAT
Damage registration including all necessary documents (cost estimates, emails, damage acknowledgments, photos, etc.)
Ensuring damage invoicing, supporting stations
Conducting process and quality audits
Special projects and training as needed
Close collaboration with the Head of Fleet Maintenance and Repair Management, as well as internal departments and stations
