Your responsibilities
Ensuring professional nursing care and measures for quality development
Meeting the requirements according to the S2 guideline for non-clinical ventilation
Admission and occupancy management of residential communities/intensive care units
Training of new employees
Organization and conducting of customer and team meetings and observations
Creation and management of employee schedules and vacation plans
Ensuring proper documentation and performance records
