Summary:
This position is a full-time role (40 hours per week) open to USEFMs at any European Post. The position does not have supervisory responsibilities and does not require relocation expenses or travel.

Duties:

The Regional HR Specialist will support posts throughout the EUR and IO region and serve as a technical resource for HR policy, training, and best practices.

The role will involve managing and implementing HR programs and operations for a portfolio of posts, including performance management, recruitment, and personnel actions.

The position will also be responsible for developing and executing innovative solutions to improve HR processes, mentoring newer HR employees, and advising post HR, supervisors, management, and other customers on HR policies.
